Tables
gallery & studio
harbert, michigan
Many years ago, Vincent and his father-in-law and best
friend, George, made a harvest table from ancient pieces of timber
found in a farmyard. The
family celebrated Thanksgiving dinner on that table. While George is no longer with us, the tradition lives on.
Have one of these handcrafted one of a kind tables in your
home and start your own tradition that your family will cherish for
generations to come.
Vincent,
an accomplished artist and designer, will
custom design and build a table to meet your requirements as
to size, design, finish, wood, leg type, etc., and will proudly sign
each piece. But, be
aware, Vincent does not own
a router, a planer, a joiner or any other of those newfangled
gadgets designed to replicate store bought furniture, nor does he
care to. The goal is to create one of a kind pieces with ordinary
tools that will be sturdy enough to survive the test of time
and usage. So, if the
kids (or their parents) carve their initials in the tabletop, they
will be there for their great grandchildren to admire.
