The “Umbrellas of Harbert” event features a display of original, hand-painted 9 ft. market umbrellas designed by various artists displayed along Red Arrow Hwy. throughout the summer. On August 16th, the umbrellas will be sold at a charity auction that will take place at the Center of the Word Showroom located at 13400 Red Arrow Hwy. beginning at 4:30pm. The event will feature live music, wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on their favorite umbrella. At the end of the evening the silent auction results will be revealed, and the top bidders will redeem their purchase.
